Update - SPRING CLEANING = NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECTS
EDINBURGH POND BETWEEN OAK HOLLOW AND SOUTH TURNBERRY has been lowered, valve is now closed and lining of pipes is underway. The pond upstream (between Oak Hollow and Eastbury) from this pond will be lowered this week or next in anticipation of lining additional drainage pipes.
NATURE TRAIL BOARDWALK replacement is well underway and pending weather the hope is to complete replacement next week. An additional approximate 600’ of boardwalk is scheduled for replacement later this year.
New - 2ndQUARTER ASSESSMENTS DUE APRIL 30
The latest HOA quarterly dues statement includes a one time additional assessment of $50 to help cover the winter storm costs incurred this year. Thank you for your timely payment.

THE JCC BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HAS ANSWERS FOR YOU

The James City County Board of Supervisors will be here to share information and learn about our concerns. The Town Hall is the perfect time and place to hear more about the plans for the three new and/or revised developments, ask questions about the recent tax adjustments and provide input. Please join the Town Hall on April 23 to find out more about these issues and other challenges and opportunities facing our community. For those unable to attend, the meeting can be viewed by livestream as well as posted the next day on the

Update - 2026 ANNUAL MGA-OTMDC RESIDENTS CAMPAIGN - DID YOU KNOW...
In 2025, OTMDC cared for 153 obstetric patients, providing a total of 722 prenatal visits. Prenatal care is critical for the health of both mother and baby. Without adequate prenatal care, babies are 5x more likely to die and 3x more likely to be born with a low birth weight and have increased health care problems.
Your contributions are critical to continue these efforts.
