SPRING CLEANING = NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECTS
 
EDINBURGH POND BETWEEN OAK HOLLOW AND SOUTH TURNBERRY has been lowered and lining of pipes is underway.   
NATURE TRAIL BOARDWALK replacement is well underway and pending weather the hope is to complete replacement this week or next.  
 
WINTER IS OVER BUT COSTS REMAIN
The latest HOA quarterly dues statement includes a one time additional assessment of $50 to help cover the winter storm costs incurred this year.

The office of the Clerk of Circuit Court for Williamsburg-James City County is encouraging property owners to enroll in VADeed Alert, a free voluntary notification service designed by the Office of the Executive Secretary to help Virginians protect their property from deed fraud.
