Update - SPRING CLEANING = NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECTS
 
EDINBURGH POND BETWEEN OAK HOLLOW AND SOUTH TURNBERRY has been lowered, valve is now closed and lining of pipes is underway.  
 
NATURE TRAIL BOARDWALK replacement is well underway and pending weather the hope is to complete replacement next week.  
 
New - 2ndQUARTER ASSESSMENTS DUE APRIL 30
The latest HOA quarterly dues statement includes a one time additional assessment of $50 to help cover the winter storm costs incurred this year. Thank you for your timely payment.

Update - 2026 ANNUAL MGA-OTMDC RESIDENTS CAMPAIGN - DID YOU KNOW...
In 2025, OTMDC cared for 153 obstetric patients, providing a total of 722 prenatal visits.
