The yearly Ford's Colony Assessment amount for 2024 is $ 2,296 (or $574 per quarter). The payment each quarter is $574 due the 30th of January, April, July and October. The billings are done on the 1st of each of these months. 

If you have set up a recurring payment, please update the amounts to reflect costs for 2024 in your online banking platform.  If you set up ACH with Truist, the amount will automatically be updated for you.
