The new visitor management gate access software. Click on this

TEKWave account to register guests, contractors, etc. You can also view your vehicle information, access credentials and add pet information.

Some are having issues with the Ford's Colony Apple app where the 3 dots to find the Save & Send ePass option do not appear. This can be addressed by downloading a slightly different app.
Here is a link to the "generic" TEKWave app that eliminates those issues. Use the same username and password as you have set up already at registration.

To further assist with TEKWave, staff has created how-to videos on YouTube. Below are descriptions and links to these how-to videos.
TEKWave Website https://fordscolony.tekwaveaccess.com/ : These videos may assist you on how to navigate and use the TEKWave website. While the app is handy to quickly make passes for your guests, the website is more user friendly to update settings and access other features. Staff encourages residents to use the website as much as possible. See descriptions below on the 3 videos related to the website.

TEKWave App: TEKWave is in the process of updating the Ford’s Colony app for both Apple and Android users (search Fords Colony Access in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download the app). This video shows the current version of the app and also alludes to expected changes in the near future. The app is great for quickly creating passes.
TEKWave Guest Access: This video may be helpful for providing tips to your guests on how to use TEKWave when they get to a gate. Feel free to share the video with your guests as anyone can view this video on YouTube.
