Mind The Gap—Improving Your Home’s Energy Efficiency

The Green Team invites Ford's Colony residents Monday, December 11 to a presentation by an energy efficiency expert on ways to save money by saving energy. Lindsay Scott will cover some easy and low cost fixes that provide a quick return on investment.
Marsh Hawk Pre-New Year's Show
Saturday, December 30th, 7 to 9 p.m. at S&T Club
Reservations open November 15th for the Marsh Hawk Pre-New Year's Show on December 30. The band will once again host this free event at the Swim and Tennis Club from 7 to 9 p.m. (Doors open at 6:30 p.m.) Bring your own food, drinks and anything else you might need for a fun night of classic rock music from the 60s and 70s. The band will focus on its most dance and party friendly songs. Please make your reservations early. We've sold out everyone one of these shows. Free, classic rock party/dance. Soft Plastic Recycling Starts in Ford's Colony
Saturday, January 6th, 9 to 10 a.m. at Westbury Park
Starting in January, volunteers will collect soft plastic on the first Saturday of each month from 9 to 10 a.m. at Westbury Park. If we collect 1,000 lbs. this year, we can earn a bench for Ford's Colony! Recycle your clean plastic bags, zip-lock, bubble wrap, etc. (Sorry, no mulch bags.)
