GATE SYSTEM UPGRADE UPDATE
The new gate access software, Tekwave, is now operating at all of the gates for RFID and gate card credentials. You may sense a slight delay in the operation of the gate. There is no need to get closer, just give it a second, literally. If you or your designee is having trouble operating the gate with your gate card, it may be because you need to pick up your replacement card for the new gate system at the Community Services Office at 100 Manchester Drive. Please pick up from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday.

If you need an appointment at a different time, contact admin@fchoa.net.
Guest access is still operating on the dwellingLIVE platform. Please continue to use dwellingLIVE for guest management and watch for updates coming from FCHOA by official emails, in this weekly email, the TOC magazine and flyers for the next steps.

4th QUARTER ASSESSMENTS VISIBLE ON PORTAL
The 4th quarter assessments ($585), as well as trash & recycling ($69) invoices have been delivered by mail. Payment is due by October 31. Early payments are appreciated. Please contact admin@fchoa.net with any questions.

TRASH/RECYCLING SERVICES CHANGE INFO
The 4th Quarter is here, and the changes are in effect! GFL trash pickup is Wednesdays. GFL recycling begins October 14 and Bulk Pick-up begins October 21. Recycling and Bulk Pick-up services will be alternating weeks on Tuesdays. See attachment for information on acceptable recycling and bulk trash materials.

Note: This does not apply to the sub-associations - Links Townhomes, Eaglescliffe Condominiums, and Nottingham Place, which are in separate contracts.

TFC/JAMES CITY COUNTY RECYCLING
TFC is no longer picking up recycling. The last day was September 30. James City County is picking up the empty TFC recycling bins. Please leave these empty TFC bins curbside for pick up. Pick up may take a couple weeks and the FCHOA is assisting with staging areas and other support.
