FREEZING TEMPS BRING FACILITY CLOSURES
Westbury Park bathrooms will be closed for the foreseeable future starting at noon on January 3. Westbury Park tennis courts will be closed starting Saturday, January 4 and will also remain closed for the foreseeable future. These Westbury Park facilities will remain closed until the freezing overnight temperatures end and staff has an opportunity to get the courts back in good playing conditions.

FREEZING TEMPS BRING PIPE BREAKAGE
As temperatures finally remind that winter is here, please remember to blow out your irrigation pipes, keep your home temperatures warm enough to prevent freezing and allow faucets to drip when the thermometer drops into the 20s.

1ST QUARTER ASSESSMENT BILLINGS
The 1st quarter assessment is $585 and is due on January 31. The paper billings have arrived in mailboxes. Residents can view and pay their accounts on line in their Community Link Resident Portals (fchoa.org). The electronic options available in the portal and delivering a payment with your stub at a Truist Bank location or the Community Services Office are the most secure ways to pay. Please contact admin@fchoa.net for assistance accessing your portal.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, THE BEATLES
We can't get the Fab Four back together. But premier musicians in Ford's Colony will recreate their magic on Jan. 25 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Swim & Tennis Club., faithfully playing Beatles classics in a much-anticipated free performance. Players and singers come from bands including Marsh Hawk and Rent Party, Theatre Club shows, jams of the Musicians Club and solo and group gigs, with two full sets of well-crafted and carefully rehearsed Beatles tunes. Theater-style seating is general admission but requires reservations, which are likely to fill up. Reserve your seats starting Jan. 3 by sending an email to fcmusicians22@gmail.com
