HAPPY LABOR DAY
FCHOA NEWS
Your Opinion Matters!
Ford’s Colony’s Homeowners Association (FCHOA) Annual Satisfaction Survey goes shortly after Labor Day. The survey is your opportunity to rate your satisfaction with FCHOA’s governance and community management.
This electronic survey is brief: It should take 15 minutes or less to complete.
The Board’s goal is to have maximum participation from FCHOA members, including residents, lot owners and renters, because broad participation improves the value of the input. Remember: Every adult in your home can complete the survey. You are not limited to one survey per household.
Your feedback is critically important, so please take this opportunity to provide your input and make your voice count.
ELECTION SEASON IS IN FULL SWING
The Board of Directors adopted a policy to clarify that any displays of political messaging on residential property, in public view, is considered potentially offensive or inflammatory and is not appropriate. This includes all signs, mailbox flags, and displays from windows/doors. This does not include bumper stickers and decals on vehicles. Here is the policy adopted August 22, 2024 supporting our Declaration restrictions. Also, please note that current policy on solicitation and political campaigning prohibits the distribution of campaign material except by the actual candidates for election. Thank you for your cooperation.
