PORTAL UPDATES
MEMBER DIRECTORY - The Member Directory on the Community Link Resident Portal has been updated to allow a full search of those Ford’s Colony households that have registered. Click on the “Filter” button to search by name, address, and/or email address. For example, if you want to view all neighbors on your street that have registered for the directory, just type in all or part of your street name, then click “Apply”. However, you may not see all your neighbors if some have chosen to not be included in the directory. Thank you for your patience.
REQUEST MAINTENANCE OF COMMON AREAS – The link to the eMaint system has been replaced by a more user-friendly form. Use the “REQUEST - Maintenance in Common Area” form (in the Portal's left menu) to submit.
DRAINAGE PIPE INSPECTION
Longhill Excavating pipe inspections in Ford’s Colony are expected to continue into August. Pipe inspections will take place in almost every section of Ford’s Colony but typically only a few pipes in each section. Some of these pipes are in greenways and easements running along property lines, typically towards ponds. Some ponds will have to be lowered in order to properly inspect the pipe. If you notice the water level going down in your pond, it is on purpose. Pipe inspections typically take 30 minutes per pipe but can take longer if heavy cleaning is needed.
